The effect of organisational commitment to organisational citizenship behaviour through meaningful work as a mediator

Few empirical studies have examined the connections between employees’ commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors to company. Also, not much is known about how a specific part of meaningful work affects organization’s behaviour people who as travel agents. Our study examines whether mediates an behaviour. The research quantitative with descriptive methods, 104 participants participated. scales were available online, they filled them out. Statistical analysis uses PLS structural equation model test model. main finding demonstrates that (i) There no relationship shown in statistical result 0.055, (ii) 0.826 organization shows there direct link two variables (iii) 0.814, (iv) From this point on, only difference P-Value 0.000. has full mediator can help Organizational are related reinforced by work.
